The full sized cartouche shaped headboard; painted in sienna, brown, red and blue; depicting frolicking putti and griffins amid swag motifs; with painted foot rail and side rails. Good condition, some wear to finish. Provenance: An estate in Newport RI on Belvue Avenue. Provenance: New York Antique Show 10/19/94
